Cartagena / Santa Marta
A number of higher end hotels in Barranquilla can arrange direct shuttle service from your hotel to Santa Marta or Cartagena. Both respect cities are just a 2 hour drive from Barranquilla, and such shuttles should cost no more than $30.
Other Colombian Destinations
For most other destinations in Colombia, you will need to depart from the Barranquilla bus terminal located to the south of the city. Expreso Brasilia, CopeTran, Berlinas del Fonce, Rapido Ochoa, Bolivariano, Expreso Palmira, and CooMotor all offer bus service to and from Barranquilla.
